Are returns or refunds accepted?

Returns and Refunds are not accepted. So please double check to make sure before placing any order. If the item is damaged upon arrival please fill out the appropriate information found on the Contact page.

Which form do I fill out if my item arrived damaged?

The first form that says “Damaged Item” located on the Contact page.

What will happen once the form is processed .

Once the form is reviewed you will receive an email. If the form is accepted you will have two options to choose from. Either a new one will be sent out to you 1-3 days after receiving confirmation via email OR a coupon will be created for you to use as store credit. The coupon will be the same amount as the damaged item that you paid for.

Why is a coupon made instead of store credit?

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be ready to ship within 4-5 days after purchase. If there are any shipping or shipment problems please fill out the appropriate information found on the Contact page.
